Te’Ana Cousin, CPRP, is a Rehabilitation Specialist with experience in psychiatric rehabilitation services. She is a graduate of Morgan State University and began her career in the behavioral health field as a PRP Counselor, where she gained valuable experience supporting individuals in developing the skills necessary to improve their independence, functioning, and quality of life. Through her dedication and commitment to the field, Te’Ana advanced to the role of PRP Coordinator and later became a Rehabilitation Specialist. In her current role at Therapeutic Wellness Services, Te’Ana specializes in managing and overseeing the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). She provides leadership and guidance to PRP staff while supporting the coordination, development, and implementation of rehabilitation services. Her responsibilities include promoting quality service delivery, supporting treatment planning, monitoring documentation and compliance, coordinating referrals and authorizations, and ensuring that services align with individual needs and program requirements. Through her leadership and experience, Te’Ana is committed to strengthening rehabilitation services and ensuring that individuals receiving PRP services have the support, resources, and opportunities needed to work toward their personal goals.
